Description

Quaint, self-catering, family friendly cottage, a short walk to the main beach, sleeps seven people and is ideal for four adults and three children and is fully fenced.

Open-plan, living, dining and kitchen, French doors open from the living area, onto enclosed patio with sliding doors onto the garden, with mountain views. Fireplace, TV with local channels or bring own decoder for DStv, and portable barbecue.
Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and all other utensils.

Three bedrooms with bedding and linen supplied bring towels. Main bedroom en-suite has a king-size and single bed with bath/shower, toilet, basin and French doors open onto garden with mountain views. Second Double bedroom has a queen-size bed and a small bedroom with twin singles. Second Bathroom has a bath/shower, basin and toilet.

Pets allowed by arrangement, fully fenced. Off street parking for two cars and alarm system. Just 7 minutes’ walk to the Main Beach, shops and restaurants.

Pet Policy:

All socialized dogs and caged birds welcome by arrangement all year round. Pets sleep inside – bring own pet beds, pet bowls, pet bedding. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be free of ticks and fleas on arrival. Enclosed garden separate from rest of property. Easy access to walks – dogs can be off leash on the beach except near all oyster catcher breeding areas. Consideration must be given to resident 2 dogs and cat and wildlife so dogs should be leashed when walking the streets. Pets stay FREE. Doggie Damages Deposit required: R500-1000 refundable.
