Cool Waters is a comfortably furnished apartment situated in Grande Bay complex, a fenced and security gated complex in Bloubergstrand. The unit offers great views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean, with balconies leading from both the lounge and main bedroom.
The complex is only five minutes’ walk to Big Bay beach, with rock pools and long white sands, popular with both swimmers and surfers. The apartment is spread over three levels and sleeps up to four people in a main bedroom and second twin bedroom. Features include an open-plan lounge opening onto a balcony with views, a fully equipped kitchen leading to a small enclosed courtyard, and barbecue facilities. DStv is also available with guests’ own smart card.
Seaside Village Shopping Centre and Big Bay Beachfront Centre offer all essential shopping, Internet café’s, foreign exchange, and a choice of good restaurants. Both are within walking distance.
Pet Policy:
Small dogs, cats, caged birds welcome all year round. Pets sleep inside – bring own pet beds, pet bowls, pet bedding. Pets are not permitted on the furniture and must be free of ticks and fleas on arrival. Enclosed courtyard. Dogs must be on leash at all times when outside in the complex. Easy access to dog-friendly beach walks. Consideration must be given to resident animals (in the complex). Pets stay FREE. Doggie Damages Deposit required: R950 refundable.
