The Cottage Chardonnay is located in the heart of the Cape’s most famous and beautiful suburbs, among the leafy vines of the oldest winelands in the Cape. It is in close proximity to many of the celebrated Cape restaurants. It is also a minute or two away from the chic Constantia Village Shopping Centre with its wide variety of fashionable shops and restaurants. It offers furnished self-catering accommodation for up to four people – a maximum of three adults or two adults plus two kids.
Make yourself at home in this comfortable chalet which is fully equipped to make your stay an enjoyable one. It boasts one room with an open-plan design. The room incorporates a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully fitted kitchenette, a scullery and a lounge-dining room with a satellite TV. It leads onto a private patio with a delightful small garden. The apartment boasts a heated pool shared by all guests. It also has an outside dining area with a barbecue facility and outdoor seating for four.
This wonderful holiday accommodation is in a peaceful neighborhood and you can rest assured because it has an alarm system, intercom and garage. The lounge area is a combined lounge and bedroom with a queen-size bed with side lights, a big wardrobe, a four-seater table and a satellite TV with DStv. Sliding doors open onto the patio and garden.
The fully equipped kitchenette has a fridge, a stove and a microwave. The washing machine and tumble-dryer are found in a separate room. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a basin-cabinet and a toilet. Soft fluffy towels provided. Business equipment includes ADSL Internet access at extra charge of R30.00 per day.
Outdoors features a beautiful patio with a four-seater table under sunshade, barbecue facilities, two sun loungers and flower beds; this is illuminated during the night. Parking is available in the double garage with direct access to the chalet. The alarm system includes sensors inside and outside, and is connected to ADT Armed Response. Plus an intercom system with a camera outside at the gate and video screen inside the cottage. A maid service is provided every Tuesday at no charge. There is a weekly garden service.
Available on request are restaurant bookings, wine tasting and delivery at the premises, soft drinks and snacks, basic grocery shopping for arrival on demand, a selection of freezer meals ordered prior to arrival, and transport from and to the airport at R250.00.
Pet Policy:
All dogs welcome all year round. Dogs sleep inside – pet beds and pet bowls provided. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be free of ticks and fleas on arrival. Enclosed garden and easy access to walks. Charge for pets: R50 per dog per day. Doggie Damages Deposit required: R1000 refundable.
